Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar

As soon as you walk in the Tonga Room there’s feeling of those classy Polynesian themed restaurants of yesteryear. One of the major things that makes this place unique is that it’s built around the old indoor pool of the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel. Floating in the middle of the pool is a thatched boat where bands perform surrounded by periodical rain showers from the ceiling. Our mai tai came in a pineapple and our food was delicious.
